Policy

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to serve you! We are happy to assist you with planning a meal for your event.

Catering services are offered Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm For special events taking place after these hours please contact your catering specialist, additional service fees may apply. All orders are prepared with paper service. For orders requiring china additional fees could incur. We request orders be received within 24 hours prior to your event, otherwise a late fee may be applied. More lead time maybe required depending on your type of request. Please contact your catering specialist.

Cancellations

All orders are individually prepared and cancellations will be charged full menu price.

Equipment

All delivered items with food will be picked up as soon as possible after your event. If catering equipment is removed from the delivery location please contact the catering department about the new location. Any unrecovered items will incur replacement costs.

Food Safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority. To ensure we meet all local, state, and federal guidelines, leftover food will not be allowed to leave an event. Outside food & beverage providers are prohibited at a catered Eurest event.

Payment Policy

The Eurest invoice process will be accepted for all Molex functions. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.

Planning Your Event
To help us create the perfect dining experience for your event, some of our specialty menu items need 72 hours advance notice. This ensures we source the freshest ingredients and prepare everything to our highest standards.

Group Size
Our catering services are designed for groups of 10 or more, allowing us to deliver the quality and value you deserve.

Flexibility When You Need It
We understand plans can change. If you need to modify your order or adjust guest counts, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Your Guests' Safety Matters
We want everyone to enjoy their meal safely. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. Our menu items may contain common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We're happy to discuss options that work for your group's needs.
